What does a full refurbishment include?

Whatever the house needs: structural changes, rewire, replumb, new heating, kitchen, bathrooms, plastering, joinery, flooring and decoration. We scope it room by room at the start so the quote reflects the real job.

Should I move out during a full refurbishment?

For a whole-house job, usually yes. It is faster, safer and less stressful with the house empty. Where you need to stay, we can phase the work to keep part of the house liveable, and will be honest about the trade-off.

How do you keep a big job on programme?

By managing the trades ourselves rather than leaving you to chase them. We sequence the work, hold the dates and give you a single point of contact who knows exactly where the job is.

Can you work to my architect and drawings?

Yes. Where you already have an architect and drawings we build to them. Where you do not, we can handle the design and drawings in-house so it is all under one roof.

How do you handle costs and changes?

You get a clear written quote up front, and any client-requested changes are priced and agreed before we proceed, so there are no surprises at the end.
